| What follows is a list of unblended coffees by their country and locales of origin. It's important to remember that coffee is an agricultural commodity that tends to be buffeted by politics, weather, and the market. As a result, some of the coffees listed are available seasonally, or become available to us because of our relationship with suppliers who know that we are constantly on the lookout for coffees that are unique and interesting. This is the fun part of the job as so much depends on timing and being in contact with people who are closely involved with these coffee-producing regions. It makes for meeting lots of interesting people, many of whom are characters. |
