This decaf is from a company named Descafecol located in Colombia. I have deferred to them for the name "Natural Process." They claim using Ethyl Acetate, something present in all coffee cherries, and natural occurring, gives them the ability to call their decaffeination process "natural". Having said that, this decaffeinated Colombian coffee tastes great. So I am recommending it to all my decaf drinkers.
