The coffees heare are all Full City/American Roast. Roasted to a brown color, the beans are dry and show no oil on their surface. Of the various roasts I do, this is the lightest.

This is a CRAZY new microlot from Campo Hermoso in Quind�o. This one is different. I have never had anything quite like it. I don't know if I would drink this every morning for breakfast, but you have to try it!

Varietal: Castillo, Caturra
Fermentation in cherry for 72 hours. Pulping. Second fermentation in tank with the mosto obtained from the first fermentation and an addition of citrus fruit infusion for a further 72 hours. Drying without washing in the sun for approximately 25 days to obtain a black honey.
